1. General Policy
At the WholeHearted Living Institute, we are committed to providing transformational coaching services of the highest quality. Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
2. Recalibration Private Mentorship (1:1 Coaching)
Investment: €18,888, €1,625/month (12 month commitment)
Refund Policy:
- No refunds are provided once the mentorship agreement has been signed and the first payment has been processed
- Clients commit to a minimum of 12 months
- If you need to pause or discontinue coaching due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss options
- Unused sessions do not roll over and cannot be refunded
Cancellation Policy:
- Payments made for the current month are non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued for months already paid
3. The Alignment Audit
Investment: €44
Refund Policy:
- No refunds once digital materials (workbook, audio journey) have been accessed or downloaded
- If you have not accessed any materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@whlinstitute.com
4. I Am More Than Enough (Self-Study Course)
Investment: €147
Refund Policy:
- No refunds once you have accessed any course modules, materials, or resources
- If you have not accessed any course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase
- To request a refund, email support@whlinstitute.com with your order number and reason for the request
5. Lake Como Transformation Intensive (In-Person Retreat)
Investment: €1,500–€7,500 (includes €1,500 non-refundable deposit)
Refund Policy:
- The €1,500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid
- If you cancel more than 90 days before the intensive start date, you will receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee
- If you cancel less than 90 days before the intensive, no refund will be issued
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your intensive once with at least 60 days notice, subject to availability
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee
6. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan:
- All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
- Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services and forfeiture of payments already made
- Refunds are not available for payments already processed, even if you discontinue services
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a compassionate solution, which may include:
- Pausing your coaching journey
- Rescheduling sessions
- Partial credit toward future services
However, refunds are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of WholeHearted Living Institute.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Forfeiture of all access to materials and future sessions
- Legal action to recover costs

9. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
